With Dr David Firth

Do you want to learn to read the Bible Jesus read and in the language he read it? This week is an opportunity to begin that process as we explore how to understand the basics of reading Hebrew, looking at simple sentences and by the end of the week short passages from the Old Testament. We can't cover all there is to know in a week, but we can do enough to get you started on the lifelong journey of learning to read the Old Testament in its original language.

Where is God When Things Go Wrong

Natural disasters, accidents, disease and ‘man’s inhumanity to man’ brings a terrible toll of suffering. Yet the Bible claims that God is in sole and sovereign control of everything that happens in this entire universe, that He ‘works out everything in conformity with the purpose of His will’ and that he is ‘compassionate and gracious’ and ‘abounding in love’. The answer may surprise you. This audio presentation of the main themes from his book of the same name, sees Dr John Blanchard provides powerful answers to this most vital question.
